LG showcases Future Mobile Phone Line-up at Mobile Asia 2008

LG Electronics made its presence felt at the ongoing Mobile Asia 2008 exhibition in Delhi, India by unveiling its future line-up of mobile products. On display was LG’s recently launched Viewty KU990, the KF600, the slim and stylish KF510 and the much-awaited KS20 smart phone.

The LG Viewty-KU990 happens to be LG’s first phone with a full 3-inch LCD touchscreen. It was launched sometime last year. Other notable features of this phone include a high-end 5 mega pixel digital camera with a manual focus option, an image stabilizer and an ISO up to 800 for indoor or night shooting. Further, this phone’s camera also records video at up to 120 frames per second, which can be uploaded directly onto YouTube.

The LG-KF600 handset is a newer handset which features an InteractPad that feeds forward commands to users, almost reading their minds! Other features of this phone include a 3 mega pixel camera, MP3 player, video recorder and an interesting high-gloss finish trapezoidal shape.

Next up is the ultra-slim LGK510 cell phone which provides animated feedback to users with its unique, touch-sensitive LED panel. It also features a dynamic touchpad with interactive touch lighting and emotional animation. Other salient features of this phone include a Smart Camera which has a startup time of around just 1 second, image stabilization, LED flash and red eye reduction, an MP3 player and the ability tp record and play back QVGA video.

Saving the best for last is the updated LG-KS20 smartphone which offers full Internet browsing capabilities and music, video downloads and push email at the speed of 3.6 Mbps through HSDPA. Advanced features of this Windows Mobile 6 powered smartphone include video conferencing using the phone’s dual cameras, large LCD and touch input technology.
